WHITE ELS OF PREY are mutant killers!

They have Caucasian skin and bird of prey like eyes. White els have the ability to see vapours (spirits) in layers in peoples bodies.

 

Their racial abilities are +1 initiative, +2 perception and their

attribute bonuses are:

+1D6 M.E.

+1D6 fluctuating M.A. that may effect P.B. in a good way.   

+1D6 P.P.

+1D6 P.E.

+1D6 Spd.

Species psionic abilities: Resist fatigue (4), impervious to cold (2) and abilities unique to the individual.

HOUSE RULES:

1d12 Initiative die (instead of the 1d20 initiative die).


The LUCK and BAD LUCK "attribute" is a random single digit target roll that the "judge" chooses on a 1d20 (like the neglected single digits: 3, 9, 13, etc..) for the PCs and NPCs to have their success achieved or failed when it should be nearly impossible.
